where to find x11amp


does any one know where can i find old x11amp for intel or if u have can u post a link thx...

x11amp???

That's what xmms used to be called years ago is it not?

Goto www.xmms.org and you might be able to download old versions.

Well this is what I'm saying, x11amp doesn't exist anymore, just use xmms

xmms uses lots of cpu and in redhat i have to install kde in order to use xmms otherwise it says segment fault

No you don't. Xmms uses the GTK+ libraries. I don't think you are going to find many progs that are lighter weight than xmms. You can use noatune, but that's kde (which I assume you don't want).

Why don't you search www.google.com/linux/ for mp3 player, or else start a new thread with your xmms problems and see if someone can help..
