WHAX Isn't Able to Connect to the Internet!

I have tried 'dhcpcd eth0' and 'dhcpcd -G 192.168.2.1 eth0' and still nothing. It hangs there whenever I type in dhcpcd. I'm not a big SLAX fan, since I can't seem to be able to connect in ANY SLAX-based distro. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. I was really looking forward to using WHAX's nice security tools...

have you tried "ifconfig eth0 up" followed by "ifconfig"? If the card is detected, yet hasn't had an ip assigned to it, this will do the trick... Try it out if you have not yet - the worst you can do is display your network stat. :-)
