kwattivy LQ Newbie Registered: Sep 2007 Posts: 1 Rep:	What things to take note when porting application from HP-UX to Linux? I had migrated an application from hp-ux to linux, but now and then, there are some crashes and time synchronisation problem which did not experience in hp-ux. Can anyone direct me to some source where I can check out the things I need to be aware when porting HP-UX to Linux in terms of memory management, thread handling, or things I probably overlooked. Thank you.
