What kind of desktop is this?!?!?


Ive seen peoples desktops, i think kenshins sig has it on it, and it has like a left or right bar with all info on memory, hard drives, and stuff like that. What is this?

That depends on how your desktop is setup. If you run KDE by default, then you can add it to the autostart bit (if you simply link the application into the ~/.kde/Autostart directory, it should work). I'm not sure about Gnome or the others, but if you type startx to manually start your X session, then you should try editing your ~/.xinitrc file and add exec gkrellm & to it, before the line that starts your Window Manager.
