The thing that is interesting to me is that dash has received 0 of 48 votes. And that's the default sh on Debian and derived (e.g. *buntu) Distributions. Must really be good for script execution but terrible otherwise.

My vote is bash because it's the most popular scripting language in linux and many of my scripts are written for bash.
