What FTP client to use?

IM wondering what is the best ftp client that you use? Its hard to determine
which ftp client to use cause there is so many..... Im use to flashfxp but was wondering
if there is something like flashfxp?

When I have to use ftp I use ncftp, given the choice I'd rather transfer files with rsync over ssh

i use gftp it works pretty well

MC has a built-in ftp support, I use it and gftp too.

ncftp for me. however if the link is not secure (i.e. of the big I) i will tend to use sftp (scp with a ftp like wrapper)
