What distributions/desktops allow different sized elements on a dual monitor system

I'm presently running Linux Mint 17.1 with the Cinnamon desktop.

I recently acquired a second monitor - I now have two 80cm monitors connected to a dual head nVidia GTX650Ti Boost; the new monitor is an Eizo EV3237 UHD monitor running 3840x2160 resolution, and the old monitor is a Dell U3008 running 2560x1600 resolution. If I set the icon size and text size for dialogs and menus to be a comfortable size on the Eizo, then everything is too large on the Dell, and if they're a comfortable size on the Dell then they're too small on the Eizo. There doesn't appear to be anything in Cinnamon that allows me to choose a different size for text, menus, icons etc for each monitor.

Do any distributions/desktops allow a different size for text, menus, icons etc to be chosen for each monitor?

I'm already using the closed source nVidia driver - I found the Nouveau driver only worked ok with the monitors mirrored - as soon as I stopped mirroring and specified the native resolution for each monitor, the GUI would freeze shortly afterwards.
