Angry what's woring with my gnome terminal ?


There is no color indication when i use ls command in the gnome terminal window. And i use alias to check it out ,but i found nothing . now my command prompt changed to : bash-2.05b#.
what can i do to restore my original settings ???

ps: after i quit the x-windows,i found the alias is corret.

help !

Check .bash_profile and .bashrc files in your home directory and look at /etc/bashrc. These are the files that set aliases, your prompt, etc.
