What's the Linux for "Microsoft Outlook?"

I'm considering a move on my laptop from Windows to Linux. I checked out the Open Office site and it seems to have apps that will replace my Office Word, Excel, and Access; but I don't see any program in Open Office that is the equivalent of Microsoft Outlook (Calendar, contacts, To-Do List.)

I rely on Outlook - - what are my options if I convert my laptop to Linux?
