in a console you'll have to type
Code:
wine /path/to/exefile.exe
or if you are in the right directory
Code:
wine exefile.exe
assuming its completely set up correctly

on FC5 the command to install it (based on yum search, not my experience) would be:
Code:
yum -y install wine.i386
I'm sure this command will work on FC3. This assumes you're not running on a 64-bit machine. I would also suggest you not run wine as root unless you really have to.

all fonts from c:\windows\fonts from your real windows installation need to go to the virtual c:\windows\fonts folder

~/.wine/dosdevices/drive_c or something similar should be your virtual c:\windows\fonts folder you should check and verify that
