Unhappy Weird prob: the difference in /var/mail/$user between sunOS 5.7 and linux redhat 7.1

hi all....
sorry to bother you all with this tired question....but i have to find a solution to this!! my lecturer is driving me crazy....

ok, basically, i'm using majordomo, and i've set up majordomo in two different machines, linux redhat 7.1 and sunOS 5.7...the thing is, in redhat 7.1, i got one bounced post with pine..but with sunOS, i got two posts for each bounced post! One is the normal one (with normal subject, like normal post)and its body of message, and the other one is the one with the subject: BOUNCED:whatever, with no body whatsoever. It has been separated from the first post!

okay, i've found out a bit about problem (having spent a week now mulling it over)...in linux /var/mail/file, i got this:

Fromwner-test@kym.edu.my Wed Sep 5:13:49:20 2001
......
......
To:test-approval@kym.edu.my
Subject:BOUNCE test@kym.edu.my:Non-member..

>From: suzana@kym.edu.my Wed Sep 5:13:49:20 2001
.....
......
To:test@kym.edu.my

test..

..................................................

now..in sunOS, in /var/mail/file, i got this:

Fromwner-test@kym.edu.my Wed Sep 5:13:49:20 2001
......
......
To:test-approval@kym.edu.my
Subject:BOUNCE test@kym.edu.my:Non-member..

From: suzana@kym.edu.my Wed Sep 5:13:49:20 2001
.....
......
To:test@kym.edu.my

test..

the > is missing from the second From!! I think this is the culprit, but i dont know how to fix it!! How could I, i barely understand sendmail.cf completely...what can i do so that there is > in the sunOS bounced posts??

SOB!! please help me!!

sendmail.cf scared me so bad I almost went back to Windows! I installed postfix instead. No, really. I did.
