weird memory usage

Can anyone identify the problem? Is is apache? What could be causing it like that? The memory is not fully used yet but it tapped into swap already? Does anyone know the difference in the top command between size, rss, and share?

swapping/paging doesn't only happen when the box
runs out of memory but also if a process that has memory
allocated is inactive for a longer period of time.

And next time please redirect the output of those to a file
and copy and paste them to the board rather than putting
images on some website ;)

Cheers,
Tink

I am still pretty sure there's something wrong.

I ran this command and it shows between 300-350
netstat -an |grep :80 |wc -l

It's impossible, the site is not getting that much traffic and there's not that many processes running.
