Exclamation Webmin, simple module PLZ HELP!

okay, i have webmin installed.
now i am making a module for it with the site, it is supposed to be easy,
i have to type the command:
i don't know what to type but what it has to do is in the terminal: is add a user and specify a directory to the user and specify a password.
i have a paper where that command is written on but i don't have that here :P
but how can i write that, the info that is given to explain what to type:

The actual command to execute. Because commands are executed by sh, it can contain any shell metacharacters like |, > and &&.

Please help me becouse it is very important to me :P
