web based ssh client?

does anyone know where I can find a web based ssh client?

XavierP 12-30-2003 04:58 AM

http://www.appgate.com/mindterm/download.php or http://www.oit.duke.edu/sa/security/ssh.html

This is the search I did on Google's Linux Page.

I cant get that one to work because I am behind a firewall, and it wont let me out

I take it that you are at work then, or at School/College, etc?

yeh I work for an IT support company, and our firewall is very strict.

I only know of ports 80 and 81 that are open.

So only HTTP and FTP? That's a very restrictive firewall!

This may provide some pointers. Or this or this. And this was my search.

gotossh.com is a web based ssh service provider. Here you can register for trial version which gives you 2 min session time for 1 server. For unlimited version you have pay 15$ a year or 50$ for lifetime.

This is totally invisible to firewall as it is inclosed with in HTTP protocol...

Cheers..

Try This -

https://www.browsershell.com

unlimited web based ssh access to any server. 100% secure, uses SSL and they don't store any info about your server.

Very cheap - starts at $5 a month, first 5 days free!

Enjoy :-)

John.
