Watching Video Remotely?

I have an old p200 with Linux Redhat 7.3 on it, that I would like to watch some movies on. However it is too slow. I have another computer on my network that is fast enough to play movies. So does anyone know what I could use to effectly watch movies remotely?

I tried tightVNC, but it doesnt refresh fast enough to get the 30 frames per\second a movie has.

Also I am on a 100bit local network. Any ideas on how I could do this?

Thanks.

i'd say vlan too, but then you should be able to just use an ssh connection maybe? decoding on a fast machine and you should be ok. that would of course imply using MPLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!
