Watching Hulu (or Pandora) outside the US

Is there a way to watch Hulu content outside the US using Linux? Being every series' dream, it would be great to access this website that features the best tv shows around from outside the United States.

Is there any way to download a video from Hulu DVR? I've DVR that I got with Hulu live TV. But I need the internet to stream that. I need to download them.

LQ isn't really in the business of telling folks how to bypass commercial services. Contact Hulu and ask them for assistance would be the best way.
