ah pardon my Klatchian!

i thought this santa guy originated from the netherlands?

in any case, it's still geographically inaccurate for me to have said anything about penguins...

oh well, it's back to the dinghy life...

again.. shadowhacker likes opera. told you it was for girls! bet trickykid voted for it too...

but quite who would vote for netscape is a mystery for me. certainly mozilla instead of that, and then galeon over mozilla...

coincidentally... are there any gecko based browsers on kde yet?

personally, i prefer read html streams manually....

OK bluecadet,

Opera is great web browser! It has never crashed on me, is available for almost every operating system I run, clean and effecient, it provides stats on your performance, and it is extremely fast at booting up and rendering.

Why do you say it is a girls web browser?

Opera for girls? Wouldn't know, haven't ever used it but hear it's great! I may have to d/l it and see what she's all about. Netscape is so resource hungry it'll eat the whole machine and Mozilla is the same thing, although back in '92-'93 netscape was actually created on the mozilla engine. I.E. nothing to say here, i use it, could be better. konquerer is fairly nice as is Galeon. But that's just the interface and where most of the bloat or lack thereof comes from. Everyone has a preference, what constitutes girlishness of a browser really?

I telnet to port 80!

I like it when my friends get in the vi/Emacs war and I start yelling Ed forever.

God that was geeky. Okay, I might have missed it, but me and the guy sitting next to me voted for Lynx... so who was the 3rd?

Cheers,

Finegan
