vmware install problem
Hi !
Just the other day i attended a linux workshop and was presented with vmware 5.0 (for windows) , so i decided to install it on my computer. Everything went ok until now, but (slackware 10.1) keeps complaining there is no linux partition, how am i supposed to partition my disk in order to have a linux partition inside a windows partition.???
Well, i know i should have rtfm but i just dont have time and this looks like a simple problem
PS1: Slackware is out of the list of guest operating systems (as usual), does this mean i cant install it ? There is a "linux kernel 2.4" and "other linux" options so why:
"Operating systems that are not included in this guide are not supported for use under the VMware products covered by the guide. ..."
PS2: How come after i installed vmware (aprox. 50 MB) in a 20 GB partition and now i have only 8 GB of free space left ?
thank you for yer attention !
