Virtual KDE Desktops and Konsole

Is it possible to open graphical programs from a graphical konsole and have them open automatically on a different desktop? For example, if I wanted to open mozilla in desktop 2 from a konsole in desktop 1, what shell commands would I need to use?
thanks!
