Video4Linux Webcam

Hi,

I have a parallel port CPIA webcam (Creative WebcamII) and have used the driver that comes with ther kernel:

modprobe videodev
modprobe cpia

How do I get my system to recognise the camera as /dev/video0?

Thanks,
- Nick

Talking Fixed

Just to let ppl know, it's working... I had to add:

modprobe parport
modprobe parport_pc
modprobe cpia
modprobe cpia_pp

The system then found the cam already plugged in as /dev/video0

I still need reccomendations of good console-based webcam apps... so, if you know of any, please reply
