Question Video file backup while it write continuously

Dear all,
I am in problem please help me,
I have a video recording server and its writes video files continuously, I want to make backup these file in same time or just delay of not more than 3 second, on my remote located file server.
I read rsync but I don't think that this will work for video files with continuous change. I think rsync works with time to time backup.

please help me in this problem, as its urgent.
Thanks in advance.

Backing up files being written to or open by a process will usually result in inconsistency or corrupt unusable files. I'd imagine that these video files do stop at one point and start a new file. You might be able to get away with using some type of snapshot technology (LVM has this capability) but I never backup open files that are in use, most backup programs will skip these and back them up on the next try if they're not in use, etc.
