VCDs on Linux ?

What's the equivalent of Windows Media Player on Linux ?

Can anybody suggest a VCD player for Red Hat 7.1 (KDE GUI) Machines ?

And anybody knows of tried-and-tested mp3 players for the same ? - Those I tried did not work properly.

XMMS is pretty good at playing .wav and .mp3 files It is designed to look very much like Winamp, and supports skins as well.
