/var/mail/$USER

i hope i'm not posting the same question twice...but i'm gonna like, rephrase the question (make it a bit clearer, perhaps?) and maybe get some more responses?....i know now why the bounced posts (majordomo) got split in my webmail and pine in sunOS 5.7...i checked /var/mail/user and i noticed this bounced message:

test

..................................................

when i took out the space between the two From column and saved it,it became one post when i opened it in webmail and in pine...

why is this? how can i fix this so that i got only one post for every bounced post in majordomo? What can i do so that it becomes like this:

From owner-ur@kym.edu.my Fri Aug 3 16:36:46 2001

in my reply (which somehow got lost) to ure previous thread on this I sed it might be worth looking into the mailbox/mailer thing.

now looking at the majordomo faq (http://www.visi.com/~barr/majordomo-faq.html), "4.1 - Address with blanks are being treated separately" it states its not Majordomo that seems to be the culprit with these type of errors, but the MTA (like sendmail is).
again its no answer, I think u should look to find a sendmail+majordomo faq on this one...
