Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I reloaded Mint14 because my last loading crashed all the time this one is now doing the sameMaybe it's my drivers for video card( nouveu) I'm running a g force 7025/nforce 630a. This is what I got from/var/log/syslog This is close to the time it crashed , can't find the exact time because the syslog keeps on registering process even when it is crashed , so I only can find the approximate time it crashed.***************ipr 12 15:32:24 jbander-System-Product-Name kernel: [61360.897533] [drm] nouveau 0000:00:0d.0: Setting dpms mode 1 on vga encoder (output 0)
