/usr/bin/sudo is not under root control debian 7

I made an unfortunate mistake and wrote sudo chown -R admin /

Now you all can guess what happend..

I'm trying to restore it back to how it was, note: I do not have physical contact with the machine i control it over teamviewer.

I've tried to change access back to root on /usr/bin/sudo but it seems i cannot.. anyone know how i could go about doing this?

Admin is currently the owner of it. And i want to change it back to root, I've tried using chown -f root /usr/bin/sudo Now that didn't work obviously...

Now when i try to use su i get the following error message: setgid: Operation not permitted When i use sudo su(or anything with sudo) i get sudo: effective uid is not 0, is sudo installed setuid root?

Looking forward to hearing from you
