Usr 3cp5610a V.92 Modem Upgrade

Hello everyone.I have a usr 3cp5610a modem.My modem use to work until i upgraded it to the new v.92.Now it will not work.It says something about a loopback.I dont understand why when i upgraded it stopped working.I would apreciate any help any one could give me.

I got the same modem and i did that too but before installing linux i guess the only thing we can do is downgrade our firmware. well i will try with a diffrent distor and ill see if that works if not then i guess we wil have to find a wy to get the old frimware for it
