using wtmp

Hello... I'm not sure if this is the corrent forum to post this topic. I am currently using Redhat 7.2 and have a single line PPP dial in server running... I'm not using radius, just mgetty and pppd... What I'd like to do is to limit the connect time of my users, just like a bbs, when time is up he/she is automatically disconnected. I have noticed that wtmp contains the login and logout times of the users. How do I use this to do the time limit thing.. Further more each user can have a specific time limit..... addigned by the sysad... Can you guys help? Thanks a lot :)
