Using .mwb file to import database structure using phpmyadmin?

I downloaded a script from github, and tried using it on my own server, but I kept getting a php error about database tables not being present, and I saw there was a .mwb file present in the application directory. Now how do I use it to transfer the database structure using phpmyadmin?
