USB keyboard not detected during install...

I'm trying to install RedHat Enterprise Linux but the install does not detect my USB keyboard. Here is what happens:

Boot computer from CD-Rom
Install screen comes up (At this point I keyboard works fine)
I press enter todo a regular install
Loading vmliniz starts to decompress...
at this point I see all the kernel messages on the screen (keyboard is still working)
When a messages that says something like: USB/host ohci comes up on the screen, the keyboard stops working.
Is there anyways I can passsome options to kernel so it can detect this usb keyboard?

Any help is appreciated!
