USB DSL modem

Hello folks,
Brief question: I have a Intel DSL modem that runs through the USB port. It was purchased for windows 98 and Intel has no drivers that support linux. Does anyone know of any USB DSL modem drivers that are generic that might work for this?

The modem is a Qwest/Intel Pro Dsl 3200.
