USB configuration in c
 
I want to communicate from pc to FPC(finger print card) via USB to serial converter.
For that i want to know, Is there any configuration is needed for USB port.
How can i communicate through USB to serial converter

The same way you'd communicate through a serial port. A USB/serial converter just shows up as a serial device.
