Urpmi Addmedia

When trying to set up URPMI for ftp sources it deleted my local media and I have no idea what I need to fill in to re-install my removable media. I installed Mandrake 9.2 from a DVD and need to know how to add this back in as a source. Now when I try to install software it always goes to ftp sources even though I am sure the software I want is on DVD.
Do I need to add both main and contrib and point them both to DVD and if so what is he path to lists that I need to fill in?
Thanks
