Unhappy Urgent: glibc detected *** double free or corruption error when creating ms_newMapobj

hi all,
i installed and configured FGS on debian (MapServer, Apache, PHP/MapScript) to build a webmapping application.

the problem is that i get an error msg in the error_log file of Apache, which is the following:
*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (!prev): 0x08248940 ***
but i don't try to delete anything at all, i just wanna create a map object !!!

then it seems like PHP processes only the part of code before the creation of a new map object.
PHP Code:
$gpoMap ms_newMapObj('');
any idea ??!

i 've fixed all errors that appeared before in the browser.
i've set up the gmap demo to work properly, and got no problem with that!
