update the bugzilla from 2.20 to 4.4.4

Hi Everyone,

I have one linux server which is running version as CentOS 4.
In that we have bugzilla 2.20, apche 2.0.52, openssl 0.9.7, mysql Ver 14.7 Distrib 4.1.22 and perl 5.8.5. Running with these versions can i able to upgrade bugzilla from 2.20 to 4.4.4 directly.
