Uninstall !!


hi,every body
this my first thread in you wonderful forum. here i have a problem and i hope to find the answer here!!
i have installed Mandriva 2007 Spring Edition with my current Operating System Microsoft XP,and i have some troubles that enforce me to uninstall the Mandriva ,so can anybody tell a way to uninstall the Mandriva without any harm for the second operating system.

I hope to get answer soon.

It would be better to ask us to help fix your Linux issues. But, if you insist:

1. Delete the Linux partition

2. Boot from the Windows CD--rescue mode--and run "fixmbr"

3. Reboot

Thanks a lot for you attention ,but if boot form the linux disk and chose the rescue mode and chose install windows boot . is it a good way or it have a problem ?

No, boot from your XP CD, enter R at the appropiate time to open the Recovery Console and, after entering your password, enter fixmbr at the prompt and confirm that you want to rewrite the MBR. Reboot into XP (without the CD in, of course). open Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management, then delete the Mandriva partitions.
P.S.
Then install Slackware.
