Unicode file names!!

I install a rpm from sourceforge.net that I can mount ntfs partitions in read-only mode.
in windows I changed names of some of Persian music to Persian. Then I can't find these files in linux!

why I can't find them? because of poor design of ntfs file system? or because of poor design of file system in linux?
Does file system in linux support Unicode names?
Is there any solution to find them in linux?

after posting above question I find that if I mount my ntfs partition with utf8 option the problem will be solved. but now there is another problem: the name of unicode files dont appear aproprately.
what should I do?

I woud say use supported filenames, ntfs support is not finished in Linux yet.

might just be the font. Do you have persian fonts installed in linux? And konqueror or whatever it is that you're using has to be set to use that font.
