Tv channels on computor?
 

Hi

i want to watch teve on my linux box but not livestreamed becuase the quality is so bad most of the times, i want to be able to decode the coded swedish networks digital ground broadcasted channels,

however i think this is going to be very difficult i do not expect anyone to put up an howto on how to do this, i dont know if anyone even have experience of doing it but if you do think you have any information that might help please post it because right know i got close to nothing.This is going to be a project of mine and even if i dont sucssed i will probebly learn something along the way...
