Trying to understand bash using day to day commands.

Hi,

I have found one of many ways how to rsync files newer/older than X time.

Code:
rsync -auv --files-from=<(find sourcedir/./ -mtime -7 -print0)
this is the part that deals with that.

Now what is bugging me is the
Code:
<
in the command.

Without it error is returned.
