Trying to load Linspire

After loading fedora core 4 from my laptop works okso i thought i'd give Linspire a go looks like a Mac system software and being a Mac operator not used to all this bloody code you have to type. I burnt the ISO file to CD but when it boots up i get the grub code just coming up and it doesnt boot straight into Linspire. I know I am a newbie to all typing whats going wrong , if anyone can help cheers.
