I honestly think that you need to be the one to answer these questions, based on your experience and research. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers to these.

(You've unfortunately struck-out once by posting a list of questions here, that the hiring manager's going to instantly recognize when he or she, over morning coffee, also browses here. The Internet's a small world sometimes.)

You know, I've actually been hired by saying "I don't know, but I can find out" to some similar questions.

Technology changes every day. The "correct" answer today may be superseded by something else that comes out tomorrow.

Perhaps they are really looking for a creative solution by an Admin that knows he has limits to his experience(s)? ("indicate any which you would need to research further before implementing")...

Just my opinion.

If you can't answer the questions yourself to the interviewer's satisfaction, what makes you think you'll actually be able to do the job once you've been hired? There's a reason the interviewer is asking YOU these questions, instead of asking us.
