Troble with floppy! :(


I got the correct driver on disk but... now when igo
$cd /mnt/floppy
Bash: cd: /mnt/floppy: Input/Output error]


ahhhh!!!whats wrong?

ok... im tryin to stay calm but i restarted my computer and it gets past the first screen and then it says
GRUB

it just stays at Grub! No Progression... AGHH

Moved: Linux-General, this isn't really a networking question.

It sounds liek you may have a dodgy hard drive. Try booting with a rescue cd and ch eck your system with badblocks and fsck.
