Time change interrupt

Is there any signal or interrupt available in Linux which interrupt my process or application when system time is changed manually by any user or any NTP Client?

I don't think so. I would opt for using alarms (SIGALRM for instance) at regular time intervals, and set a flag or raise another signal in case the time that passed between two alarms is too high or too low
