Just follow the quickstart instructions, install the i2c package first and then lm_sensors, after you install lm_sensors run the sensors-detect script and it will tell you what you have to load, then install gkrellm and activate the plugin.

this is a known problem, there are other users who are not able to connect to the page http://www.gkrellm.net/. It`s very difficult - I believe there is no solution, sorry

Angry DAMN!!!

Aussie, i've read the quickstart and not only and I've runned sensors-detect and when it scanned ISA BUS all addresses were 'FAILED!'.... despite the fact that he dectect that I have Intel 82801BA!!! Windows sensor monitors says that they are linking at $0290 here is what SpeedFan 4.02 detects:

Linked ISA BUS at $0290
Linked Intel 82801BA ICH2 SMBUS at $0500
Scanning ISA BUS at $0290...
Winbond W83627HF (ID=$21) found on ISA at $290
SuperIO Chip=Winbond W83627HF
Scanning SMBus at $0500...
Found WDC WD205AA (20.0GB)
End of detection

damn... I'm mad...!!!
why, why, why???

A couple more questions,
1. Did you run the mkdev script?
2. Are you using devfs?
