The best software for creating bootable linux on pendrive in windows...

I am trying to install fedora 22, it seems the only safest option I have now is booting from the pendrive. As indulging in dual boot with windows, I might end up having problems with the grub.

Any suggestions for any good software for making bootable drives will be greatly appreciated.

There are lots of them. My preference is YUMI because you can throw in as many different isos as your drive can hold and boot any of them at will. Works great for a "system recovery usb" with all of the necessary tools in one place.

There are two basic ways to make a bootable usb.

One is to use a tool like you'd find at pendrivelinux.com where it takes a live cd/dvd and puts it on a usb.

The second was is to directly install it to the usb. Modern linux doesn't know the difference between a usb and internal drive for the most part.

In the first way you are quite safe. It has little to do with grub. In the second way you could mess up your windows install.
