Terminal Sessions

Is it possible to open a 2000 terminal session in Linux. I have heard of a beta version of Microsoft terminal client for linux, is this worth looking into? Does anybody have any better ideas?

Win2k does have a telnet-server build in, so you can have a windows-terminal using telnet from the linux machine. Don't know if its any good though. -And it will only be a command line-

It would have to be full GUI control of a session. Back to the drawing board.
