Telnetd not available, Redhat8.0 ???

I am new to Linux. I just installed Linux Redhat8.0 (Server)and now I'm trying to configure some service to be available for this server.
I have install all the package including telnet but when I run the command telnetd, I got error message "telnetd : unknown command".
I don't know how to do next?. Where or Which file I need to configure more?.
I have use the command 'rpm -i telnet-server.... ' I got the message 'telnet already install'.

Thanks for those who can help!

Redhat doesn't install telnet by default.
You can use ssh instead which is more secure.
But if you want it, you can go into the redhat package manager, look for telnet in "server group", check it, and install
