task_struct process list

i want to get process list from task struct. I knew that there is a one macro called for_each_task(p). p is pointer variable type of struct task_struct. but how to implement it and how to get all runining process list using this.

to solve a how to, you need to be bold like I:
to get the proccess list you need to request the Kernel because all proccess require the permission and is under the control of Kernel. The function should send a message to kernel .

What are individuals? me, you , sister, stranger? Or cells, anonymous and living cells with a "tool for cooperation" so-called id?
