Angry System will not boot up...HELP


Hey guys,

I restarted my RedHat 9.0 and it no longer boots up (just sits there). I think that I have made my boot partition ( / ) too small and now it wont start up....what do I do? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the boot partition only has to be 10MB, but I'm not sure with RedHat 9.

Boot again with your boot floppy disk and from a command line type df and post that here. That may not help you a whole lot, but it will give the information about your partitions. For someone to help you with the boot problem, they'll need more information. At least this gives you some more stuff to post to get you some better advice.

You could also boot from your RedHat CD and use linux rescue, I believe. There are options listed when it first boots from the CD, you'll just have to read them.
