Syncing folders with unison ...

Hi,,,

I have been trying to synch a folder on my ext3 drive with a folder on my vfat/fat32 drive ,,

I keep on getting this error..

Anyone can directing me to the cause?
Problem occured while scanning filesystems:
Error in deleting:
Operation not permitted [chmod(/media/fat/My Finals/.#Class Notes.0.unison.tmp)]
I did abit of search and found that it can write from vfat to ext3 only unless I change the perms = 0 which I did but it didn't help!!!

I really need to have these 2 folders synced between these 2 drives... both drives are local by the way ..

Here is my fstab:
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/sdb1 / ext3 defaults,errors=remount-ro 0 1
/dev/sdb5 none swap sw 0 0
/dev/hdd /media/cdrom0 iso9660 ro,user,noauto 0 0
/dev/hda /media/cdrom1 iso9660 ro,user,noauto 0 0
/dev/sdc1 /mnt/pretec auto noauto,user 0 0
/dev/fd0 /media/floppy0 auto rw,user,noauto 0 0
/dev/sdd1 /mnt/card auto rw,noauto,user 0 0
/dev/hdc1 /media/ntfs ntfs ro,defaults,umask=0222 0 0
/dev/hdc5 /media/fat vfat rw,defaults,umask=0000 0 0
