Many of the latest have bluetooth support. Depends on the bluetooth adapter. If bluetooth works then you should be able to connect using rfmon. Check these sites for help on mobile phones

If you want to try then you can dual boot and have both. If harddrive has avaiable space then you can install to that or it would be better just to install a second harddrive and install to that. Might try FC4 not FC5 yet, SUSE, or Mandriva. All I belive come with blueZ tools. Might check the HCL section here at the top of this page. It list many hardware items.
